Senior Asset Manager

Looking to join a leading IPP in Southern Africa as an Asset Manager? Keep reading Our client currently operates 450MW of wind and solar PV projects and have a further 500MW of projects under development. As a Senior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance of their portfolio of PV, Wind, and BESS projects. This includes managing commercial, contractual, regulatory, and reporting obligations. You will also act as an executive manager for each project, managing all interactions with the Board of Directors and third parties. What you need for this role: · Engineering (preferably Electrical) qualification with advanced financial/commercial acumen · 5-10 years strong and proven commercial experience in a South African infrastructure asset management environment · Expérience on large infrastructure asset construction · Advanced understanding of financial modelling and analysis · Reporting experience to various Boards of Infrastructure Asset Companies. · Knowledge and application of relevant compliance requirements with complex contractual entities · Understanding of PV, Wind, and BESS design, operation, and key commercial and business drivers · Wind construction experience is a plus To Apply Send your CV to engineering.jobsmspstaffing.co.za or contact the team at XXX-XXXX.
