Mission RINA is looking for a FEM Analyst for Avionic Systems to expand our Industry team based in NAPLES (Italy). Key Accountabilities Mechanical Design: Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in design aimed at avionic devices. Proficient in the independent use of Ansys WB software and knowledgeable in the use of CREO software. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in the MS Office suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential, alongside strong communication skills. Education Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering Skills Provide technical support to the mechanical design team for the development of mechanical and/or electromechanical devices through thermo-structural analysis. Participate in 3D design studies using CREO software. Perform FEM modeling and analysis activities, specifically thermo-structural analysis by creating appropriate models. Write technical reports and present technical documents. Develop laboratory activities to support the testing or integration of electromechanical devices and generate related technical reports.
