Job Description : We're looking for a Lead Engineer (PHP Laravel & NodeJS) to lead the design and development of web applications and services. This role involves managing a development team, ensuring high-quality code, and working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions. Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using PHP Laravel and Node.js. - Build and manage robust RESTful APIs and microservices to meet business requirements. - Mentor and guide a team of developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that align with business needs. - Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement them where appropriate. - Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of all systems and applications.
