Job Description Job Description Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator for a Floater Position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including operating CNC machines, deburring parts, and ensuring that production schedules are met. Responsibilities Spin and separate finished parts from oil and scrap. Meet schedule dates of all jobs and communicate when schedule dates cannot be met. Debur parts using hand tools. Wash and dry finished parts. Operate CNC machines. Measure finished parts using micrometer and caliper. Work Environment Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 4 PM, with no current overtime. Enjoy a four-day work week in a well-equipped and safe facility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Genoa City, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
