Job Description Job Description Job Title: CNC Machine Shop Supervisor Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of 4 to 5 machinists. The ideal candidate will have experience in 2D programming using MasterCam and CAD/CAM software, performing full setups on small part runs, and machining tolerances of .001 to .002 inches. The role requires expertise in working with materials such as Stainless Steel, Steel, and Aluminum. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of 4 to 5 machinists. Perform 2D programming using MasterCam and CAD/CAM software. Set up and run small part machining operations. Ensure machining tolerances of .001 to .002 inches. Work with materials including Stainless Steel, Steel, and Aluminum. Program and set up 3-axis CNC mills and 2-axis CNC lathes using Haas controls. Essential Skills CNC programming Supervisory skills CNC setup CNC mill programming CNC lathe programming Experience with 3-axis CNC mills and 2-axis CNC lathes Proficiency in CAD/CAM software Experience with MasterCam Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in setting up HAAS VF-6, VF-5, and VF-4 machines Proven track record as a Machine Shop Supervisor and CNC Programmer Ability to read and interpret blueprints Fabrication skills Why Work Here? The position offers partial benefits coverage and a structured work schedule with no overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monrovia, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $41.99/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
