Europe & CIS Mobilization Specialist - Field Service Engineer

Partner with the best As Europe & CIS Mobilization Specialist, you will be responsible for processing travel Visas for foreigners, various work authorizations, work permits/special passes and other immigration related duties for Field Service Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for: Assessing the information received in the Field Service Engineer assignment order. Analyzing the immigration rules, labor law, legal and tax requirements to obtain the proper visa/work permit to enter and to perform work activities into a specific country. Engaging with Baker Hughes Global Mobility team and Immigration Service Providers during the analysis phase. Leading the overall visa/work permit process through the steps of documentation preparation, application, collection and control of visa/work permit obtained. Administering the Field Service Engineer mobilization and applying the Secondment policy and procedure when required for tax and billing purposes. Maintaining the internal database with biodata information and the Fses pool “Fit for Duty” key metrics. Ensuring that OEMs and Contractors mobilization process is compliant with law and Baker Hughes requirements. Providing support to the Commercial Operation team in the offering phase with overall information on Immigration, Legal, Tax and HR Labour aspects to ensure bid compliance. Interacting with high-level people in the business providing the guidelines for addressing the right actions. Keeping stakeholders updated about ongoing mobilizations, highlighting criticalities and suggesting potential solutions. Engaging with the mobilization team based in different regions. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Science, Business Administration and Management, or Economy. Have significant experience in similar roles in Services organizations in multinational companies. Be verbally fluent in English. Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others. Be self-motivated and able to work as part of a global team. Have the ability to stand up to business pressures and enforce compliance. Possess advanced computer skills on Microsoft.
