We're looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Bromley. If you're committed to making a positive impact, this is the role for you Position: Primary School Teaching Assistant Location: Bromley (BR2) Contract: Temp-Long-Term Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher with a mixed-ability class, providing tailored assistance to students. Offer 1:1 and small group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Encourage a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students. Track and support students’ progress, ensuring their individual needs are met. Work closely with the teacher and other staff members to enhance learning experiences. Requirements: Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification). Experience working with children in a childcare or education setting (group and 1:1). Experience supporting SEN students is highly desirable. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
