Working Supervisor Dartford and Surrounding Up to 46k plus van and fuel card Our Client are currently looking for a working supervisor. They have recently won a number of new contracts in their division and as such they are looking to add to their team. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Main roles: Working supervisor - out on the road, can carry out jobs if necessary Key person to Inspect void properties and plan out list of works that are needed to complete in order to relet the property, Sign off Properties after works have been completed Conduct Regular toolbox talks with the team Monthly Van inspections Ensure compliance within the company following company policies and procedures Health and Safety compliance maintained Allocation of maintenance tasks and ensuring tasks are getting completed effectively and efficiently. Positive attitude towards work and to work in a growing business Team KPIs, Managing inventories, Testing Equipment Liaising with upper Management on what are current companies targets and goals Lead point of contact for maintenance staff to direct to You will need: CSCS card - Supervisor / Manager / Professionally qualified person or SMSTS or SSSTS First Aid Previous experience managing labour-based activities (preferably within the construction industry) as a foreman/ be able to hold tool box talks Full UK driving licence. Exeprience Knowledge of industry H&S Experience with Quoting up works Experience supervising and running of contracts on site so work is completed on time, to required quality and cost effectively. Planning, set up and visit sites to check production and controls.
