Functional Analyst - Mobile (SAP)

We're seeking a SAP Mobile Functional Analyst to support the development and implementation of iOS mobile applications integrated with SAP solutions, aimed at enhancing store operations. As part of the development and support team, you'll play a key role throughout the project lifecycle-from gathering requirements to post-deployment support-helping to digitize and optimize store-level processes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Propose innovative, value-added solutions to meet operational needs. Draft clear and detailed functional specifications for mobile applications and SAP systems, and communicate effectively with development teams. Execute, document, and validate testing of SAP solutions. Monitor progress of development and testing activities in collaboration with the team. Define and support deployment strategies in close coordination with operations. Provide post-implementation support to ensure solution stability and user satisfaction. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or related field. General knowledge of SAP ECC. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in the retail sector is an asset. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent multitasking and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Bilingual - fluent in both English and French. Detail-oriented, structured, and customer-focused.
