Assistant Work Supervisor (Perugia)

F&M Ingegneria is looking for a professional for the position of Assistant Work Supervisor to join the staff of a construction site located in the province of Perugia, with availability starting from September 2024 and until the works are completed (estimated duration of the works: 3 years). The professional will conduct the following activities: Assistance to the construction manager; technical supervision during the works and control of the construction components; Verification and control of the regular execution of the works; verification of construction drawings; Convocation of construction site meetings with order of business, drafting of construction site minutes; Management of the online program for management/approval of documents; Assistance in the execution of tests, participation in site meetings, assistance in testing visits; Accounting and drafting of the work log. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: Degree in architecture or engineering; A minimum of 3/4 years of experience on construction sites; Good or fluent knowledge of the English language; Ability to multitask, manage any critical issues, ability to work in a team; Residence in the province of Perugia or nearby; This announcement is addressed to both sexes, people of all ages and nationalities.
