Job Description - Customer Master Data Analyst (2507033191W) Customer Master Data Analyst – Fixed term contract This position reports into Sales Analytics & Operation Manager and is based in Pomezia – Santa Palomba (Rome). What you will do The role of the Customer Master Data Analyst will ensure the correctness of customers master data for correct billing, optimize data collection processes and system data entry in order to guarantee correct orders entry by Sales Forces and master data update through data entry and creation of new customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Code new customers in SAP-ERP System both for Pharma channel (pharmacies, parapharmacies and health care shops) and Mass channel (shops and large-scale distribution groups). Change personal data on the customers already available in the registry both for Pharma and Mass market channels. Set up fiscal and financial data necessary for billing purposes and for electronic invoicing. Check and monitor Customers Master Data in key systems, supporting the Sales Force and Sales Operations Manager when needed. Manage electronic data archives. Work with IT to implement Master data management initiatives in systems and applications. Work with International English team to ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as to maintain the processes to support the data quality for Mass and Pharma channels. Interactions with different departments, such as Customer Service (for the setting of the delivery methods of the goods), Finance (for setting payment methods and checking account statements), IT (for solving problems in viewing personal data), International English team (to ensure master data integrity in key systems). What we are looking for Required Qualifications Previous experience in Customer Master Data team in pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic. Good level of English. Knowledge and full understanding of master data management and tools. Good knowledge of the Office package. Good knowledge of ERP-SAP system. Strong customer orientation, teamwork aptitude, flexibility, professional and cooperative approach. Precision, attention to details and strong attention to the sales force needs. Ability to relate in a clear and precise way, availability to listening and sharing ideas. Seriousness and reliability.
