Who We Are Are you a young engineer with initial experience in the manufacturing world, ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic and international environment? Essity, a global leader in hygiene and health with brands such as TENA, Nuvenia, Tempo, and Tork, is looking for a Process Engineer to join our production sites in Lucca. You will be part of an excellent team where you can strengthen and develop your engineering skills while contributing to the production of innovative products that improve people’s well-being every day. What You Will Do Support continuous improvement projects focused on process, quality, and safety under the guidance of experienced engineers and managers. Analyze production processes and propose solutions to optimize line performance. Collaborate in defining new processes, introducing advanced tools and technologies. Prepare technical documentation and project reports. Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and logistics teams to gain a comprehensive view of the supply chain. Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and gather feedback directly from the shop floor. Who You Are Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or similar fields. At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, including internships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Team player with adaptability and a proactive attitude toward challenges. Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus. Good command of English (spoken and written). Ready to join our team?
