How do you develop and communicate budget assumptions? How do you ensure college-wide participation in budget development? Please provide examples of how you provide fiscal leadership in the areas of: purchasing, expenditure control, and financial reporting. Describe the process that you followed that resulted in a highly successful major construction project. Please include aspects of design development, relocation services and purchasing coordination of furniture, fixtures and equipment. Please describe your experience leading college-wide Employee Relations activities including recruitment and timekeeping/reporting. What innovative strategies have you used to keep campus computer technology current while resources are limited? The Vice President of Administrative Services is the co-chair of the Budget and Facilities committees. Please describe your experience leading participatory governance committee meetings. How do you ensure participation and input from Faculty, Classified Professionals, and Students? Equity is engrained in the Miramar culture. As a campus leader, how do you use Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to focus and inform your work and direction?
