Title: iPhone Specialist Duration: 6 Month Contract extensions Location: Toronto - Hybrid 2x per week Rate: 50-65/h depending on years of experience relative to the job description requirements Required Skills & Experience -Extensive experience with iPhone functionality and features, both hardware and software. -Experience supporting a large group of employees (1000). -Proven expertise in supporting senior leaders (SLT, CEO, Board Directors). -Strong knowledge of technical and security policies related to devices. -Experience managing phones remotely with tools like Intune. -Ability to work effectively within a larger team and align with processes and technologies. -Experience evolving support models for phones, including fully managed and BYOD. -High emotional intelligence and excellent soft skills. -Positive, proactive, and innovative mindset. -Strong communication skills. Job Description Insight Global is looking for a highly skilled iPhone Specialist to join one of the leading Insurance company's on a contract basis. This role is critical and highly visible, supporting a large group of employees and senior leaders within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with iPhone functionality and features, both hardware and software, and will be adept at managing devices remotely using tools like Intune. Responsibilities Include : -Provide expert support for iPhone functionality and features, including hardware and software. -Offer additional support for laptops as needed. -Support a large group of employees (at least 1000), ensuring their technical needs are met. -Provide specialized support for senior leaders, including the SLT, CEO, and Board Directors. Implement and manage technical and security policies related to devices. -Manage phones remotely using appropriate toolsets (e.g., Intune). Work collaboratively within a larger team, aligning with established processes and technologies. -Evolve support models for phones, including fully managed and BYOD approaches. -Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and soft skills in managing work, messaging, and outcomes for senior leaders. -Propose and implement proactive, innovative ideas to improve current processes. -Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
