Job Description

You will be: eliciting and analyzing the client’s business needs, co-creating and modeling a vision of the solution, adequate to the customer’s priorities and resources, specifying functional and non-functional features of the developed IT systems, collaborating with the development team – from the project’s beginning till the end – helping to deliver the expected solution. Your profile: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, familiarity with modern IT technologies and platforms, including integration and backend services, experience in system integrations, ability to model system integrations and datasets, ablility to build good relationships with people, including senior management executives, communication skills in Polish and English, commitment and independency, understanding the impact of the delivered IT solutions on businesses and organizations, familiarity with the agile software development cycle, knowledge how to apply relevant business analysis tools and techniques, familiarity with modern IT technologies and platforms. Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
