Senior Facility Engineer

For our Client, FMCG global leader, we are looking for candidates for the position of: Senior Facility Engineer Your responsibilities: design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for initiating complex and multiple projects; find solutions for operational problems, minimize delays support corporate projects in the pre-IP phase and assisting the engineering execution and other departments for the post-IP phase collaborate in footprint- and masterplan studies from the engineering part and the basic design for principal processes; in particular all civil and utilities related topics support the organization in the development of technical standards according to the business strategy deliver content for the technical specifications for all main equipment and production processes assist in generating concepts for the long term strategy for the factory of the future in terms of flows and manufacturing processes collaborate with Technical Sourcing for strategic purchasing and develop long term partnership and collaboration with the preferred suppliers of the main process-equipment collaborate with the other Regional Experts to improve capacity, efficiency, safety, sustainability and quality for all BC process installations and factories build and maintain contact with suppliers and colleagues over different regions expect high availability / flexibility (time zones) Our requirements: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Civil Engineering strong experience in construction industry or related industry fluent in English (spoken and written) thorough knowledge of product-, people-, waste- and packaging-flows in factories basic accounting & budgeting skills (business cases, feasibility studies) interest in food processing area particularly hygienic design and energy management is a must affinity & interest in Industry 4.0 developments (e.g. MES, Smart Tech, Data mining, Google tools) solution-oriented negotiator with an ability to influence and motivate stakeholders from multiple levels in an organization What we offer: annual bonus based on your work results Lunch card to be used for groceries and restaurants private medical care in Lux Med Fit Profit sports card Cafeteria Program group life insurance free consultation with a lawyer once a quarter daily delivery of fresh fruits and veggies to the office you can purchase products with a special discount relax zone in the office and plenty of options to choose from: PlayStation 5, football table, pool table, Ping-Pong, library, table games, and massage chairs
