Technical Support Specialist - Helicopter Manteinance

Job Description The position refers to the management of helicopters airworthiness and maintenance. Activity Scope Service Engineering Civil/Military fleets. Customer Department Customer Support & Services Italy – Technical Support Unit. Industrial Sector Aerospace, aviation. Type of Contract Full time permanent contract. Work Location Frosinone - Italy. Engagement Time/Service Start April-May 2025. Main Activities The main activities, most of which are to be carried out in collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines and company structures/unit (technical, planning, logistics, …), are: Evaluation and management of work orders issued by military and civil customers. Preparation of required technical documentation (e.g. work package), based on applicable maintenance data. Operate as a reference point during helicopter maintenance. Monitoring of activity progress, through definition, preparation and distribution of periodic reports (e.g. Work progress report). Management and maintenance of the database containing the data necessary for carrying out the maintenance activity. Management of the Occurrence Reporting database and participation in evaluations and determination of relevant and applicable actions. Participation in the analysis, control, correction and validation of maintenance procedures and instructions. The resource will work in a Team, supported by a Senior Technical Support colleague. Specific Activities Work order preparation at explicit customer request. Timetable update. Support to maintenance planning. ASM/CSM support for checking fleet configuration for retrofit or similar activities. Prerequisites Excellent knowledge of Italian language (mother tongue). Excellent knowledge of English language. Ability to work in a Team, also with colleagues from other disciplines/unit (technical, planning, logistics). Ability to work under stress, sometimes with very demanding time requirements/deadlines. Ability to work in a highly regulated environment in compliance with procedures and even complex processes. Ability to adapt and solve contingent problems. Knowledge of maintenance procedures and knowledge of Helicopter Technical Manuals. Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (EASA Part M and AER (Armaereo)). Proactivity and self-motivation. Willingness to professional growth in a rapidly growing "helicopter maintenance" environment with complex processes. Punctuality and precision in managing the activities required in the role. Continuity and reliability of work. Other Preferred Requisites Manufacturing Engineering experience is optional but desired. Organizational and analytical skills. Experience in the aerospace/aviation industrial sector. Excellent knowledge of technical drawing and documentation. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access).
