Job Title: Java Developer Location: Toronto, ON (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time/Contract Experience Level: Mid-Level (3 years) Industry: Information Technology and Services Job Description We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Java Developer to join our development team at Aadhya Technologies in Toronto, ON . In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications used across various industries. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, collaborative problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to define and deliver solutions. Write well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code. Integrate data storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL databases). Participate in design and code reviews, and help maintain code quality standards. Debug and resolve technical issues reported in production and QA environments. Stay up to date with emerging trends and apply best practices in Java development. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns . Proficient in Spring Boot , Hibernate , and REST APIs . Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Familiarity with version control systems like Git . Understanding of agile software development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with microservices architecture . Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes .
