As we expand, we are looking for a Secretary/Admin Assistant to support our operations team. Position Details Location: Longueuil, Quebec ( 100% On-Site ) – Remote work is not an option. Languages: Bilingual (English & French, verbal and written) ⏳ Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ( includes a 1-hour lunch break ) What You’ll Do ✅ Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks. ✅ Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are shipped on time. ✅ Track shipments and provide regular status updates. ✅ Enter and manage data for accurate reporting. ✅ Handle incoming and outgoing documents to ensure timely processing. ✅ Support the team in ensuring smooth execution of export shipments. What We’re Looking For Professionalism and accountability in handling responsibilities. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally at all levels. Bilingual (English & French). Comfortable in a fast-paced, international trade environment. Important Notes This is a 100% on-site role.
