Java Developer - Spring Boot

Role : Java Developer / Senior Java Developer Experience : 68 Years Job Type : Contract (6 Months to 1 Year) Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office / Hybrid as per project needs) Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer / Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Core Java development. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java 8 and above, multithreading, collections, and real-world problem-solving skills demonstrated through platforms like LeetCode. This is a contract role for a duration of 6 months to 1 year, based in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code - Develop robust and scalable RESTful web services - Work with Core Java, including Java 8, multithreading, and collections - Collaborate in an Agile/SCRUM environment to deliver high-quality software - Integrate with front-end components and external systems - Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation Required Skills : - Core Java Java 8 and above - Strong expertise in Multithreading and Collections/Data Structures - Problem-solving mindset, hands-on with competitive coding platforms (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) - Experience with RESTful Web Services - Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC - Experience with Java Messaging Services (JMS) - Familiarity with Git, Maven for version control and build processes - Exposure to Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices (ref:hirist.tech)
