IT Project Manager

Responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Creating detailed project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks and issues Coordinating and facilitating communication between development teams, business stakeholders, and external partners Overseeing resource allocation and ensuring effective team collaboration Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth execution Implementing Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies as needed Preparing reports, documentation, and project updates for key stakeholders Requirements: 3 years of experience in IT project management Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Experience working with software development teams and understanding the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus Offer: 100% remote work B2B contract via Experis MultiSport Plus Group insurance Medicover Premium e-learning platform
