UX UI Desinger

Senovo is looking for an experienced UX/UI Designers to join our client on a fully remote freelance contract . The role requires availability during CET working hours (09:00–17:00) , with occasional later calls possible. We are seeking a professional with 8–10 years of experience in UX/UI design, capable of working independently and collaborating effectively across teams. The successful candidate will take the lead in user research, strategy development, and execution of intuitive, user-centric designs for complex web and SaaS applications. Start Date: ASAP Location: Fully Remote Contract Type: B2B Working Hours: 09:00–17:00 CET (with occasional later calls) Key Responsibilities User Research & Insights Lead user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Analyze user behavior and pain points to guide design decisions. Develop user personas, customer journeys, and empathy maps. Design Strategy & Planning Define and implement UX strategies aligned with business goals. Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions. Deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design assets. UI/UX Design Execution Design responsive web applications, SaaS platforms, and data-driven interfaces. Create and maintain scalable design systems for product consistency. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation. Apply WCAG standards to support accessible, inclusive design. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders. Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions. Present design solutions with clear rationale to leadership teams. Testing & Iteration Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs. Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to produce high-fidelity prototypes. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights. Requirements Proven experience designing complex web applications, enterprise software, or SaaS platforms. Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools. Deep understanding of user-centered design, IA, and usability heuristics. Experience with user research and translating findings into design solutions. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus. Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
