UX Designer

Responsibilities: Conducting user research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and pain points Designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to refine designs Ensuring consistency and adherence to design guidelines and best practices Staying up to date with UX trends and best practices to improve product usability Requirements: 2 years of experience in UX design Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Experience conducting user research and usability testing Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Offer: 100% remote work B2B contract via Experis MultiSport Plus Group insurance Medicover Premium e-learning platform
