Business Analyst Program Manager

Business Analyst (with Project Management elements) Location: Kraków Contract Type: B2B Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for our banking sector client to support the definition, prioritization, development, and implementation of new products as well as improving existing solutions. The ideal candidate should combine analytical skills with a technical understanding of applications and experience in managing backlogs and project teams in an Agile environment. Responsibilities: Analyze and gather business requirements for system changes. Develop detailed requirement documents, considering both functional and non-functional aspects. Collaborate with IT teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure optimal technical solutions. Create and manage the product backlog and coordinate the activities of development teams. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to management teams. Provide support to testing teams and conduct training on new system features. Maintain high compliance and quality control standards within project execution. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or business analysis in large organizations. Knowledge of the banking sector or experience in IT. Basic understanding of how technology supports business and impacts end customers. Experience working in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills. Knowledge of Java, React, Oracle, MongoDB technologies is a plus. Experience working with globally dispersed teams. Understanding of risk management processes and regulatory compliance in the financial sector. Good command of English (spoken and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
