SAP WM/LE Consultant

Senior SAP WM-LE Consultant Experience : 12 Years Job Summary : We are seeking a seasoned SAP WM-LE Consultant with 12 years of SAP experience, specializing in Warehouse Management (WM) and Logistics Execution (LE). The candidate must have strong hands-on experience and a proven track record of leading end-to-end SAP implementations, especially in the area of Logistics Execution and Warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of SAP WM and LE implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live and support. - Configure and optimize Warehouse Management processes including inventory management, inbound/outbound processing, storage types, bins, and strategies. - Handle Logistics Execution including shipping, transportation, and integration with SD and MM modules. - Implement inbound/outbound processes, stock transfers, picking, putaway, packing, and PGI/PGR processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, FI). - Document functional designs, configuration guides, and testing scenarios. - Provide user training, post-go-live support, and continuous enhancements. - Ensure system performance, stability, and alignment with business logistics requirements. Required Skills & Experience : - 12 years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP WM and LE modules. - Proven experience in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations focusing on warehouse and logistics execution processes. - Strong knowledge of warehouse structure setup, putaway and picking strategies, stock removal, physical inventory, and transfer orders. - Experience with Logistics Execution including shipment processing, transportation planning, and outbound delivery management. - Excellent understanding of integration points with SD, MM, PP, and FI. - Proficiency in documentation, functional specifications, and testing (Unit/Integration). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration. Preferred Qualifications : - SAP WM certification is a plus. - Experience with Capgemini or large-scale consulting environments. - Exposure to S/4HANA and EWM is an added advantage. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
