JOB DESCRIPTION The Chassis Quality Lead as part of the chassis launching team, animates the quality check of all incoming chassis parts, as well as all the chassis defects detected at the Stellantis manufacturing plant. MAIN ACTIVITIES Writes the control checklist for any chassis component (current or new). Establishes a quality status of all incoming parts, ensuring that the inspection report is complete and that the parts comply with the definition at each stage. Loops back with the Design Business line upon arrival of a new part to confirm the need and the nature of the change. Analyzes, in association with the Chassis Technical Manager team, all chassis defects detected either on incoming parts, during the manufacturing process, or on the vehicle. Performs a daily follow-up of all defects with the project team. Participates in any Chassis line side review with the manufacturing people. Adds all relevant information in PLM. Writes the process sheets for transitory solutions. Requests any necessary deviation. Defines if a component can be used for project vehicle assembly according to project quality targets. Defines palliative actions in case of non-conformity found. REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in engineering or equivalent. Capacity to drive the team transversally towards goals achievement. Customer oriented and Quality oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English Language – Advanced. Excel – Intermediate. Experience of Quality management.
