SAP REFX Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled SAP REFX Consultant with 6 years of experience, particularly in lease accounting (IFRS16) and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and integrating the REFX module with other SAP modules, driving compliance with IFRS16 requirements, and leading or supporting the transition from ECC to Responsibilities : - Strong hands-on expertise in the SAP REFX (Real Estate Flexible) module - Implementation and configuration of SAP REFX lease accounting processes in compliance with IFRS16 - Configuration and alignment of SAP Asset Accounting in line with IFRS16 standards - Ensure seamless integration of SAP REFX with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules - Involvement in data migration activities from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, especially REFX-related data and structures - Provide functional and technical leadership on SAP S/4HANA REFX implementations and upgrades - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and provide solutions - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Develop functional documentation, configuration documents, and training materials - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements in REFX module - Work with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure IFRS16 compliance Skills : - Minimum 6 years of SAP REFX module experience - Strong knowledge and hands-on configuration of SAP REFX lease accounting (IFRS16) - Deep understanding of SAP Asset Accounting integration with REFX - Strong experience in S/4HANA REFX implementations or upgrades - Proficiency in data migration strategies and tools for REFX - Experience in integration with SAP FI and CO modules - Solid understanding of real estate master data, contract management, and valuation Skills : - SAP Certification in REFX or S/4HANA Finance - Familiarity with SAP BPC, Fiori apps, or related analytics tools - Experience in working with agile project methodologies - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple & Qualifications : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field - Relevant SAP Certifications preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
