DUTCH SPEAKING ROLE A bit about the role… We are excited to be entering the Dutch market. We are looking for someone who really has a 'get up and go.' You will be a complete self-starter wanting to build your own region, you will be building out our events schedule, recruiting & training brand ambassadors, managing employee's, managing logistics teams and selling our product to consumers at events. We attend over 1000 events a year with the Senior Sales Manager being responsible for them in their entirety. Not only do you need to drive the events from the ground you must be a strategic thinker with an analytical approach to their work. Calculating & tracking costs from a high-level perspective. We attend over 1000s of events within the UK and will be looking to do similar in the Netherlands You will be our first hire on the ground within the market and we'll be looking at you to widen our proposition & shape the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the initial ground work involved in bringing in sales and will then be the architect of our sales strategy. The person should be a fantastic people manager, a superb field manager/seller, and have a proven record of scaling a similar sized proposition. In the initial build you workload will be much more orientated around being on the ground than the bigger strategy but this will evolve over time. Initially, your standard workweek will run from Thursday to Monday, aligning with our busiest event days on weekends. Initially you will have a Thursday to Monday schedule. Over time (6-12 months), you can transition to a Monday-to-Friday schedule. Responsibilities Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals Attend events & sell at those events Manage design, set up & logistics of said events Recruitment of Brand Ambassadors & best of class training Motivating your internal & external sales teams Report and presenting your teams success to the wider business Working closely with the Head of Sales to ensure we are meeting our goals of having a best-in-class sales team Work collaboratively across teams - including Tech, Product and Marketing Own our three core metrics: CPA, Growth & Retention Qualifications Experience managing sales teams Experience with D2C Sales 4 years of relevant sales experience including management of both sales & operations with a track record of exceeding quota Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Strong leadership and team building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Expertise in the Microsoft office suite An understanding of the subscription model is a bonus.
