About the Role : We are seeking a People Operations Automation Analyst to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation in our People Operations (HR) function. This role will focus on automating HR workflows, optimizing HR systems, and ensuring seamless integration of HR tech solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, automation tools, and data analytics, with a passion for improving employee experiences through streamlined Responsibilities : HR Process Automation & Optimization : - Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and employee data management. - Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using HR tech tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar HRIS platforms. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Develop and maintain HR chatbots and AI-driven solutions to improve employee self-service System Administration & Integration : - Manage and configure HR systems, ensuring seamless integration between HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and other third-party applications. - Partner with IT to ensure smooth data flows between HR technology platforms and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, finance, and communication tools). - Conduct system audits and troubleshoot issues, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy Analytics & Reporting : - Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights. - Build HR dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics such as employee engagement, turnover, and productivity. - Conduct predictive analytics for workforce planning and talent management Collaboration & Change Management : - Work closely with HR leaders to understand business needs and implement automation solutions that align with company objectives. - Train HR and business teams on new automation tools and ensure adoption of digital HR solutions. - Drive change management efforts to promote a culture of continuous process improvement and & Security : - Ensure all HR automation initiatives adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company policies. - Implement security best practices for handling sensitive employee Technical Skills : - HRIS & HCM Platforms : Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, or equivalent. - Automation Tools : UiPath, Zapier, Power Automate, Alteryx, or similar process automation tools. - Scripting & Programming : Python, JavaScript, or VBA for automation scripting. - Data Analytics & Visualization : SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio. - Workflow & Integration Tools : API integration, Webhooks, Microsoft Power Platform, MuleSoft. - Collaboration Tools : Experience with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace automation. - AI & Chatbots (Bonus) : Familiarity with AI-driven HR automation tools, chatbot development (e.g., Dialogflow, Qualifications & Experience : - 5-7 years of experience in HR technology, automation, or related fields. - Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management. - Experience working with IT teams to implement and maintain HR system integrations. - Proven ability to analyze HR data and generate insights for Knowledge of data privacy laws and best practices for handling sensitive HR information. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally (ref:hirist.tech)
