Mixed Signal Design Engineer

Day-to-Day Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join our client in the semi-conductor space on a contract basis. This is a 6-month contract with recurring extensions that will likely be a minimum of 1-year in length, with the potential to convert to permanent, full-time. This is a hybrid role that will require you to work on-site a minimum of 3-days/week. Your main duties within the role will consist around the design of high-speed analog and mixed-signal IP to various divisions within the organization. The successful candidate should have strong hands on experience with high-speed SerDes circuit design, a minimum of 112 Gb/s with ADC and DAC, and other analog building blocks. Must Haves - 8 years' experience working within the design of high-speed SERDES circuits using CMOS technology - Minimum experience with speed of 112 Gb/s - Experience with circuit simulators (HSPICE, Spectre, etc) - A strong understanding of layout issues as they relate to the design of circuits - Hands-on experience with lab testing, customer bring-up and debugging Logistics: Role Type: Contract - 6-month w/recurring extension; Possible conversion to perm Role Environment: On-site 3x/week Hourly Rate: $55-$75/hr
