What Youll Need to Bring: A 3-year National Diploma or Degree in ICT (NQF 6 or higher). ITIL certification to navigate IT service management best practices. MCSE, A, and N certifications to showcase your technical expertise. More than 3 years of experience as an ICT Desktop Support/Services Manager. A solid background in ICT services, infrastructure management, and business service management solutions. Hands-on exposure to IT frameworks like ITIL, ITSM, or COBIT. Experience managing desktop support teams, projects, and technology. Your Key Responsibilities: Ensure ICT governance over the desktop environment. Provide reports and escalations to the Senior Manager. Act as a key link between ICT and business, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. Proactively monitor and manage service levels, keeping operations efficient and effective. Important to Note: Candidates may be required to undergo competency assessments as part of the selection process. Qualification and SA citizenship verification will be conducted.
