QUALITY, HSE & Compliance Specialist

Location: Vercelli, Italy Company: Multinational Company operating in the Biomedical services sector. Position: QUALITY, HSE & Compliance Specialist Job Description: The resource will support the application of quality management systems, providing comprehensive methodological support for specific certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025) within the Facility Services system aimed at coordinating and overseeing general services in the area where the company is located, alongside other multinational entities. In particular, the role will assist the company's operators in monitoring KPIs for all services provided within the intercompany campus. Based on the applied management system, the specialist will address compliance from a 360-degree perspective for all services provided to internal and external clients and contribute to maintaining internal standards and procedures. The areas of intervention will primarily include maintenance of fire systems, waste disposal, emissions monitoring, sampling of wastewater, laboratory activities, development of general procedures for QHSE systems and ISO 17025, in coordination with internal team leaders, and routine maintenance of QHSE systems and ISO 17025. Additionally, the specialist will hold the position of ASPP and participate in an intercompany team focused on safety and environment to identify potential risks in the management of performed works. Contract: Direct employment with a Fixed-Term or Permanent Contract, depending on the level of experience of the selected profile. Workplace: Saluggia (VC) Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate holds a degree, preferably in Legal Studies, or a high school diploma with specific training in HSE topics and has previous experience in work environments requiring personnel management, emergencies, and HSE management. They also possess a thorough knowledge of specific regulations and procedures for health, safety, and environment.
