RESIDENTIAL FREELANCE SITE MANAGER - TIMBERFRAME SPECIALIST LOCATION : Eastboune, East Sussex RATE : £250 - £260 PER DAY DURATION : 6 Months Join our dynamic team as a Freelance Residential Site Manager, bringing your expertise in timber frame construction to our fast-paced development project. - Must have experience with timber frame construction. - Previous employment with a large PLC house builder. - Phase has 140 units. Essential Certifications and Skills - Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate. - Black card CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme). - First Aid at Work certification. - Temporary Works ticket. - Excellent IT skills. - Strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate subcontractors effectively. - Ensure quality control throughout the construction process. - Develop and manage short-term programmes. - Maintain a proactive approach to subcontractor management. You will thrive in a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality results in a large development setting
