Solution Architect - Java/React.js

Job Title : Solution Architect Experience : 8 Years of relevant experience Location : Bengaluru Work Mode : Work From Office (WFO) Position Type : Contractual Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with 8 years of relevant experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hybris, React, and Java and be technology-agnostic, capable of adapting to different platforms and technologies. A preference will be given to candidates with Telco or Techno domain experience. Key Responsibilities : Solution Design & Architecture : - Develop and implement digital architecture frameworks with a focus on Microservices, BFF (Backend for Frontend) frameworks, authentication, CMS, and cache management. Technology Expertise : - Provide architectural guidance on Hybris, React, Java, and related technologies. Impact Analysis & Sizing : - Conduct thorough impact analysis and sizing estimations for solution implementation. Technical Documentation & Tools Usage : - Utilize tools such as Visio, Draw.io, and other diagramming software to create architecture and solution designs. Stakeholder Communication : - Collaborate with business, development, and operations teams to define and document architecture strategies. Presentation & Communication : - Deliver high-quality presentations and effectively communicate complex architectural solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Strong knowledge of Hybris, React, and Java. - Experience with Digital Architecture frameworks including Microservices, BFF, authentication mechanisms, CMS, and caching strategies. - Familiarity with impact analysis, sizing estimation, and technical architecture documentation. - Proficiency in architectural diagramming tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or similar. - Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. - Preferred experience in Telco or Techno domains. Preferred Qualifications : - Hands-on experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Previous experience working in a high-paced digital transformation project (ref:hirist.tech)
