Export Sales Executive | Blandford | £42,500 (£53,000 OTE) Are you a results-driven, confident sales professional who thrives on responsibility and accountability? With a strong industry presence and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for an Export Sales Executive to drive expansion, strengthen global partnerships and manage key accounts. As Export Sales Executive, you’ll benefit from: Competitive salary with up to 4% annual bonus based on performance Healthcare Cash Plan (available after probation) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 6.5% pension contribution to support your future Opportunities for international travel to attend trade shows and client meetings As Export Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and driving revenue growth through structured account planning Negotiating contracts, pricing and terms of sale within company parameters Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, export controls and documentation requirements Leading strategic account reviews, identifying areas for expansion and executing sales strategies As Export Sales Executive, your skills and experience will include: Proven experience in export sales/account management, with a strong track record of achieving targets Confident and articulate communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities Experience with CRM systems and structured sales planning Highly self-motivated, adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, results-driven environment This role offers the chance to take ownership of international sales, drive business growth and make a real impact.
