Lead Full Stack Developer - .Net/AngularJS

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and client-facing .Net Full Stack Tech Lead with 8-10 years of experience in building high-quality software solutions using .NET Core, Oracle DB, AngularJS, and React Native. This role involves leading the re-development of an existing system, reverse engineering, collaborating with clients to gather requirements, and guiding a team of developers to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Define the technical vision and roadmap for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and requirements. - Act as the primary technical liaison with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and task assignments. - Analyze and reverse engineer existing systems to understand and replicate functionalities. - Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks and timelines. - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions, including backend APIs, databases, and front-end components using AngularJS and React Native. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify roadblocks in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback; mentor and groom interns and junior developers. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers. - 8-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET Core and Entity Framework. - Proficiency in database design and development using Oracle DB (experience with MS SQL Server is a plus). - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and microservices architecture. - Experience with AngularJS and React Native. - Ability to analyze and reverse engineer existing systems to understand and replicate functionalities. - Experience transitioning systems from .NET MVC to .NET Core is an advantage. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proven ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, and manage expectations. - Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills : - Knowledge of PL/SQL for database scripting. - Hands-on experience with microservices design and deployment. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for project management- (ref:hirist.tech)
