What We're Looking For : - 6-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Expertise in Golang, AWS, React, React Native, SQL & NoSQL databases. - Ability to quickly understand project needs and lead teams in different tech stacks. - Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. - A proactive problem-solver with critical thinking skills. - Strong communication & people management abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
