Technical Consultant - MS Dynamics F&O/CE

Job Title : Dynamics 365 F&O and CE Technical Consultant Experience Required : 5 Years Location : Remote / Onsite (As per requirement) Employment Type : Contract / Full-time Job Description : We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), and Dual-write integration. The candidate should have a strong technical background in customization, integration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 applications. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement solutions in Dynamics 365 F&O and CE using X, C#, .NET, and Power Platform. - Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications, including workflows, plugins, custom entities, business process flows, and security roles. - Set up and manage Dual-write integration between Dynamics 365 F&O and CE. - Work on data migration, integration with third-party applications, and custom API development. - Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues related to integration, data consistency, and application behavior. - Implement best practices in ALM, DevOps for Dynamics 365, and Azure Services. - Work with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse to extend Dynamics 365 functionalities. - Develop custom reports using Power BI, SSRS, and other reporting tools. - Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support. Required Skills & Experience : - 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, and Dual-write integration. - Strong expertise in X, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Hands-on experience with Dual-write, Power Platform, and Azure services. - Experience in integration using OData, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and API Management. - Strong understanding of data entities, workflows, and security roles in Dynamics 365. - Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, LCS, and version control (Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS). - Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, and data warehousing concepts. - Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills. - Strong communication skills for client interaction and requirement gathering. Nice to Have : - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, or Power Platform. - Experience with ISV solutions or industry-specific implementations. - Exposure to AI/ML-based automation in Dynamics 365.
