Salesforce Administrator

Job Title : Salesforce : 3 - 6 years Location : Remote Timings : Rotational shift (24/7) Notice Period : Immediate to 1 week joiners Interview Timings : 2 : 00 PM - 5 : 00 PM Interview Process : 2 Technical Rounds (including Client Round) Key Responsibilities : User & System Management : - Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. - Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products. - Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration. Data Management & Reporting : - Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data. - Maintain Sales Cloud and build custom reports and dashboards. - Prepare reports for sales, marketing, and other departments. Support & Training : - Train staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues. - Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases and updates. Documentation & Compliance : - Document processes, error reports, and changes to field history tables. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and security best & Requirements : Mandatory : - Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification. - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Computer Science. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Expertise : - Extensive experience in Salesforce system administration & maintenance. - Experience in Salesforce upgrades & successful integrations. - Strong proficiency in creating & managing Salesforce profiles, roles, and access permissions. - Ability to import sales data and generate Salesforce reports. Additional Requirements : - Willingness to work rotational shifts (24/7). - Must use Trianz laptop for work. - If unavailable for any shift, prior intimation to Trianz & client manager is mandatory.
