Salesforce Technical Architect - Apex Programming

Our expertise in software product engineering, application engineering, and software testing services is backed by successful collaborations with product companies financed by top venture capital : - Establish and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce governance framework, encompassing data governance, org monitoring, security, and scalability. - Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices for Salesforce development and configuration. - Conduct regular org assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. - Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations. - Architect integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. - Provide technical oversight and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators across multiple SCRUM teams. - Lead technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. - Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define technical requirements and solutions. - Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions. - Drive the adoption of best practices for Salesforce development and deployment. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. - Design and implement complex Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. - Develop and maintain data models, security models, and integration patterns. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices. - Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability. - Manage and maintain Salesforce metadata and configuration. - Define and implement a robust Salesforce release management process. - Manage and coordinate Salesforce deployments across multiple environments. - Utilize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. - Ensure proper documentation of all Salesforce changes and deployments. - Manage and mitigate deployment risks. - Define and implement data governance policies and procedures. - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the Salesforce org. - Implement and maintain security controls and access permissions. - Monitor and address data quality issues. - Ensure compliance with all data privacy regulations. - Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on Salesforce initiatives. - - Evangelize Salesforce best practices and governance principles. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. - - Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and limitations. - Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and other Salesforce development tools. - Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (REST API, SOAP API, middleware). - Experience with Salesforce release management and deployment processes (CI/CD). - Strong understanding of data governance and security principles. - Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Salesforce certifications (Certified Technical Architect, Certified Platform Developer II, Certified System Architect) are highly desirable. - Strong backlog grooming and sprint planning experience.
