Technical Lead/Project Manager : Augurs Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead/Project Manager with a strong background in C# and .NET to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the development process for various software projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time and within budget Responsibilities : - Provide technical leadership for assigned projects, including planning, designing, development, testing, and deployment using C# and .NET technologies. - Manage project life cycles using methodologies like Waterfall and Agile. - Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation using tools like Gantt charts and Jira. - Oversee the work of software developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices, specifically for C# and .NET. - Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. - Estimate project timelines, costs, and resource requirements. - Manage project risks and identify mitigation strategies. - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, designers, and developers. - Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders. - Identify and implement process improvements for project management and development. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in C#, .NET, and software development. Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical lead or project management role. - Proven experience in leading and managing software development projects from conception to completion with a focus on C# and .NET. - In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.). - Expertise in C# frameworks like .NET. - Experience using project management tools like Gantt charts and Jira (or similar). - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
