Job Description
We are seeking a skilled business analyst with 3-4 years of experience in CRM and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in understanding, analyzing, and optimizing CRM and ERP lifecycles, modules, and functionalities. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and deliver effective solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities : - Analyze and document business processes across CRM and ERP systems, identifying areas for improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Work on different ERP modules (e.g., Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR, Supply Chain) and CRM modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing). - Facilitate end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system implementation, and post-implementation support. - Identify gaps in existing systems, suggest solutions, and assist in their execution. - Act as a bridge between technical teams (developers, testers) and business stakeholders. - Create and maintain documentation (business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, etc.). - Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure alignment with business requirements. - Provide training and support to end users on CRM/ERP functionalities. - Ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and business objectives. Key Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience as a business analyst, specifically on CRM and ERP systems. - Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM lifecycles, modules, and their interdependencies. - Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation. - Ability to map business processes and recommend system improvements. - Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of SQL or any reporting tools (preferred but not mandatory). - Certifications in CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) or ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.) would be a plus.
