Only candidates currently in Bihar or Open to relocate to Bihar, Job Description : - This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong full-stack development and leadership skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team. - We are looking for a Senior Programmer who is passionate about software development, requirement analysis, and implementing compliant solutions. - As a core member of the Development Team, the candidate will take ownership of projects by working independently with minimal supervision. - The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in independently handling programming tasks on multiple projects. - You must be proficient in full-stack development using SQL Server 2008 or higher as a back end and ASP.Net/Core with MVC as a front-end framework. - Experience in Crystal Reports, version control tools like TFS and GitHub, and a strong understanding of healthcare domain requirements and compliance standards are essential. - You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. - You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Independently develop and maintain software solutions using SQL Server, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC. - Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server 2008 or higher. - Implement and generate reports using Crystal Reports. - Set up and maintain version control systems like TFS and GitHub. - Conduct requirement analysis and gather specifications, especially for healthcare projects. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, including DPDP acts and other data privacy laws. - Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development and compliance. Candidate Profile : Required Qualifications : Qualification : MCA or BE/B. - Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer. - Hands-on experience in at least 3 independent projects using SQL Server 2008 or higher, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC. - Strong expertise in Crystal Reports for reporting and data visualization. - Experience in setting up and managing version control systems like TFS and GitHub. - In-depth knowledge of the healthcare domain, including requirement analysis and gathering.
