Job Description

ROLE DETAILS You will be based at our offsite works facilities and be carrying out a range of tasks to support a start up team. You'll be utilising the required systems and associated practices through the life cycle of the project, to ensure effective delivery of support to the function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Temporary Commissioning Aid (TCA)/Fault Observation (FOB) tracking/monitoring and Reporting and driving closure Collation of Commissioning Work Packages Collate information for Raw Data Files for Commissioning Test Documentation Commissioning Handover Certificates and supporting Handover Packs Commissioning Test Documents (CTD’s) through appropriate Review Committee Quality checks of CTD results Quality checks of Staged Commissioning Reports Review of Safety Transfer Certificate and supporting lifetime records Awareness of training / SQEP status of commissioning team Control/Issue of Drawings Update/maintain Commissioning tracking systems to ensure full and accurate records are kept and auditable Carry out audits to ensure compliance of all systems across the Start-Up Team, e.g., drawing configuration, FOBs, TCAs, CTD, etc Monitor/update/maintain Training/SQEP status of Start-Up team (including Contractors), including prompting of what/when training required Understand the vision, goals, and strategies to deliver the Start-Up Programme a to support successful project delivery Sharing LFE & Cross Project Communications Inputting progress into Plant Test Schedule enabling accurate performance monitoring Start-Up KPI reporting Monitoring and Tracking of Escalations & Actions Weekly/Monthly Project Reports for Commissioning Activities KEY REQUIREMENTS You'll ideally possess an NVQ level 3 in an engineering (or related subject), a valid safety qualification and be happy to be security cleared.
