We are looking for a VB.NET Support Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract . This is a remote role within Europe , starting in March . If you have strong VB.NET and MS SQL skills and are fluent in Spanish (B2) , we want to hear from you Position Details: Title: VB.NET Support Engineer Work Mode: Fully Remote (EU-based candidates only) Location: Poland or anywhere in Europe Start Date: March Contract Duration: Long-term ✅ Must-Have Skills: ✔ VB.NET ✔ MS SQL ✔ Spanish language proficiency (B2 level or higher) ✔ Strong English communication skills Roles and Responsibilities: Provide L2 and L3 support for incidents, service requests, and enhancements Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for technical issues Work with technologies including VB.NET, SQL Server, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, Web API Quickly understand application knowledge and transition from current team members Manage customer interactions, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for software upgrades Identify operational improvements and suggest enhancements Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools Assist in testing activities by creating test data and executing test cases
