General Management Trainee Miejsce pracy: Katowice Your responsibilities This role is designed for someone just starting their career but eager to take on big responsibilities. You won’t just be observing – you’ll be actively involved in key projects from day one, with full support from experienced mentors and managers. Start from the ground up: You’ll spend time learning about operations, understanding how different departments function, and getting hands-on experience in daily activities. Work closely with experienced leaders: You will shadow managers, attend leadership meetings, and contribute to decision-making processes. Develop leadership skills: We’ll provide structured training in people management, effective communication, and strategic thinking. Take ownership of small projects: You’ll have the chance to lead initiatives that improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Learn financial & operational fundamentals: We will train you in financial planning, cost management, and how to run a successful business unit. Engage with customers: You’ll gain insight into customer needs and help build strong relationships that drive business success. MSc degree (preferably in Management, Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field). Ambition to become a leader and manage a business unit in the future. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions. Curiosity and willingness to learn – you ask questions, seek knowledge, and want to understand the bigger picture. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. Fluent English – since we operate globally, you need to be comfortable working in an international environment.
