The PCT is assigned to work under the supervision of the licensed nurse who delegates tasks based on patient needs, PCT skill level , and abilities. The PCT provides care for the adolescent, adult or geriatric patient. REQUIREMENTS Preferred High School Diploma Completion of High School or GED required. Less than 2 years Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant course required. Previous acute care Certified Nursing Assistant experience preferred. Required CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 17 years of age required.
