Sales Manager - Facilities Management Services Based: UK Area Covered: UK Package: £45,000 - £55,000, Bonus, Car or Car Allowance, Pension, Employee Assistance Program This role is a Role Creation to reflect the growth of the business they are looking to achieve, our client is looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Manager - Facilities Management Services to join the team. They are looking for applicants with proven Sales and Business Development experience within the Facilities Management arena, they will also look at applicants from a Construction or Services background but you will also be someone who understands the SME culture and environment. The business is very well established and strong within Local Authorities, the Education sector, the Leisure industry, the Health sector and also, they do work with the MOD. They are also looking to put a focus on getting into Air Space which is very Residential focussed, Traveller and Welfare Sites, Transport Hubs and Community Support Projects so if you have experience in those areas, it would be very much welcomed. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee projects ranging between £75,000 and £10,000,000 and you will be responsible for co-ordinating different people within different teams. You will be measured on financial figures and work won along with increasing the higher end contracts the business secures. They also begin collaborating with their clients at a very early stage as what they do is very specialised and niche. What they do is very bespoke and its very much a flexible offering and as it is design and build, they can command a particularly good margin. The role offers excellent, diverse, and potentially rapid opportunities for Career Progression into more senior management positions in the company for the successful applicant so you will be an overly ambitious and forward-thinking individual. As a business they are extraordinarily strong on looking for a candidate who is serious about growing his career alongside the business as it grows and develops also. You will possess a Proven Track Record of Sales Management in Facilities Management, a Construction or a Services background but you must have experience of working within an SME Culture and environment to work across the UK. The company require applicants who have a strong personality, have good collaboration skills and can seek out responsibility within the wider business. They need candidates who have good people skills and is very much a completer/closer. The key selling points of the role are there will be plenty of support given internally. Also, it is very much a unique opportunity to sell both Modular Buildings alongside Facilities Management services and there will be a lot of crossover with certain clients where it opens the door to sell Modular Buildings to FM Clients or Vice Versa.
