This is an opportunity for a skilled Estimator to join a dynamic team with a competitive salary of up to £100,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. The Role: As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate pricing, budgeting, and cost control for projects. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications to assess project requirements. Preparing detailed cost estimates, including materials, labour, and subcontractor pricing. Collaborating with clients, architects, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve optimal project outcomes. Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing. Providing financial updates and reports to ensure project profitability.
