Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor project costs from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within budget. Prepare accurate cost estimates, detailed budgets, and ensure cost controls are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to gather competitive quotes and manage procurement processes. Conduct regular financial reporting, identifying potential risks or issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Required Experience: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the drywall sector is essential. Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management in construction. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate financial oversight and timely delivery. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
